Some of the most requested legal services by our clients, are the advise, representation and assistance in the purchase of real estate, by verifying and research the legal status and condition of the property, in order to execute a valid agreement and be sure that the real estate has a correct property title, free of encumbrances and limitations of use or domain of any kind.

We are convinced that our legal services, have the intent of avoiding our clients the natural problems derived from their usual activities, and in the event such problems arise, these are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner, thus, allowing our clients to continue with their daily activities, without detriment of their development and without major concern of the legal situations.
Our mission is rendering our services with the best legal preparation. For this reason, we are continuously updating our legal knowledge and education, which we consider a necessary tool to foresee, identify, satisfy and resolve all our clients’ needs and legal problems.
We are conscious of our clients' needs for optimizing their economic resources in obtaining legal services. For this reason, we do not charge any fee for a legal service that is not considered useful for our clients. This means that we offer legal services that are completely guaranteed. This is possible, due to the confidence we have in our legal preparation and experience, as well as in the personalized manner in which we manage every single case.
It is our policy, not to charge any legal fee for the first consultation, nor for the time spent in telephone conferences or meetings with our clients, that has the purpose of informing the status of the case that has been assigned to us.
Usually, our legal fees are estimated by an hourly rate and the time invested in each case. However, in order to fulfill our clients' expectations and needs, our legal fees may be also agreed prior to the rendering of services, as well as through a fixed monthly fee (retainer), and in some cases, by the agreement of a contingency fee, once the details of each case are analyzed and discussed with the client.

His professional education in Law, initiated in the School of Law of the University of Baja California, Campus Mexicali. He graduated with the professional thesis of "The Economic Labor Law".
After the obtainment of his Lawyer degree, he studied English Legal Methods, in the University of Cambridge, England.
During his period in the Civil Court, he obtained a degree in "Justice Administration". This post-graduated study was sponsored by the Supreme Court of the State of Baja California and the School of Law of the University of Baja California.
Specialization in "Corporate Law", in the Iberoamericana University, Campus Tijuana, Baja California, México.
LLM in "Business Laws", in the Iberoamericana University, Campus Tijuana, Baja California, México.
